Join us for a powerful Breathwork Detox and Soundbath event led by Certified Breathwork Detox Facilitator Phil Dugas. Experience increased clarity, release relationship blocks, and remove limiting beliefs that are holding you back from your fullest potential.
Breathwork is a transformative breathing technique that helps you emotionally detox, clear energetic blockages, and accelerate healing. While lying on your back with provided headphones, your facilitator will guide you through a deep soul-cleansing breathwork process. This oxygenates every cell in your body and releases stagnant energy trapped within.
The guided motivational messages during your session will help dissolve old neural pathways responsible for self-sabotage. Many participants experience years of emotional healing in just one session.
The session will conclude with a soothing and rejuvenating crystal singing bowl soundbath, held by Krystal.
